La Croix de la Residence Chardonnay, a southern French white wine, has a bright golden color. Plenty of fruit in the nose, especially apricot, pear, hazelnut and a kiss of wood. Structure and taste are complex, fresh, pleasantly fruity and balanced.
The chardonnay grapes specially selected for this wine come from various vineyards in the Pays d'Oc. They are harvested early in the morning and pressed immediately. After a cold soak to stabilize the must and allow it to settle naturally, fermentation takes place. The young wine matures for a few months on its fine sediment.
Excellent wine as an aperitif, on the terrace, on the beach, at receptions, parties, gourmets, stone grills or barbecues with fish and other sea delicacies, but also at country buffets, picnics and lunches, with mixed salads and or meat products.
La Croix de la Residence Chardonnay comes from the Badet Clément winery in Languedoc-Roussillon France. This white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes.
Recommended serving temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
