L'Oustalet Côtes du Rhône Blanc is a white wine produced by Famille Perrin, a renowned wine family from the southern Rhône Valley in France. Famille Perrin is known for their involvement in several prestigious wine estates and their dedication to craftsmanship and sustainable viticulture.
L'Oustalet Côtes du Rhône Blanc is light yellow in color with green nuances. An expressive nose with notes of white flowers, apricots, buttery. Fresh and balanced with notes of citrus and minerals.
The grapes are harvested early in the morning to take advantage of the freshness of the night. Fermentation (15 days at 16 degrees) & maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This entire process takes place as far as possible in accordance with biological and/or biodynamic rules and regulations.
