Kellerei Bozen Weissburgunder, also known as Pinot Bianco, is a classic white wine from the South Tyrol region of Italy. This wine is made from 100% Weissburgunder/Pinot Bianco grapes that are grown in various vineyards around Bolzano at an altitude of 300 to 750 meters. The unique location and terroir give the wine its characteristic freshness, finesse and complexity.
This Weissburgunder has a straw yellow color with green hues. On the nose the wine is expressive and fragrant with aromas of apple, pear, peach, citrus fruits (grapefruit, lime) and white flowers. The taste is fresh and lively with a pleasant minerality and crisp acidity. The wine is elegant and complex with hints of almond, honey and brioche. The aftertaste is persistent and harmonious.

Delicious as an aperitif, with starters, salads, asparagus, fish and pasta dishes.
