iLauri Poggio Dragone Bianco Colline Pescaresi is a delicious Italian wine that has a clear light straw yellow color. In the nose pure aromas of citrus fruit and especially ripe pear. In the taste palette notes of grapefruit, apple, pear and melon again, accompanied by an aftertaste with good fresh acidity.
At the end of August, the grapes are harvested by hand, after which the juice is subjected to temperature-controlled (20°C) alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks in the vinification cellar, after direct pneumatic pressing. The wine is then transferred to clean stainless steel tanks and left to mature for several months without allowing malolactic fermentation to take place.

Nice as aperitif or pairs well with antipasti, salads, roasted fish and fish soup.
