Gustavshof Zero S is a red alcohol-free wine made from Dornfelder and Portugieser grapes. Fruity nuances, soft tannins and an uncomplicated, attractive character. Intense aromas of ripe wild berries and morelles (sour cherries). Full of fruit, soft and pleasantly elegant with a fine residual sweetness that makes it very accessible and harmonious.
The vineyards of this wine are located in the sheltered side valleys of the Kloppberg. There you will find calcareous marl soils with clay components that have a very positive effect on the character of the wine.

Fine alcohol-free wine suitable as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to veal and pork, poultry, pasta bolognese and pizza.
