Gustavshof Riesling Signatur Trocken is a fresh and mineral white wine from the Rheinhessen wine region in Germany. The wine is produced by the Gustavshof winery, which has been making wine in Alsheim since 1900.

This is the Premium Riesling from the best vineyard Eideswiese of Gustavshof. This vineyard has a special microclimate, protected from the wind, with a calcareous soil. These are the optimal properties for Riesling. Before the grapes from the Eideswiese ripen into Riesling, they are selected by hand several times in the vineyard. Only the grapes with the greatest ripening potential remain on the vine. The grapes are harvested by hand and selected for optimal ripeness. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine matures on the lees for 6 months.

The nose of the Gustavshof Riesling Signatur Trocken unfolds aromas of citrus fruits, stone fruit, apple, pear, peach, apricot, honey, mineral nuances and a characteristic petroleum scent. The taste is fresh and fruity, with ripe fruit, lively acidity, salty minerality and a long, persistent aftertaste.
