Grabenwerkstatt Wachauwerk Grüner Veltliner is a white wine from the Wachau region in Austria, produced by Weingut Grabenwerkstatt. Made from Grüner Veltliner grapes grown in Mautern, on the other side of the Wachau than the Spitzer Graben valley where the winery is located. It is a soft and accessible wine that reflects the deep, humus-rich soil and the Pannonian climate of its terroir.

This wine has a fine fruit sweetness, a finesse rich acidity, a lemony touch and a spicy aftertaste.

Vinification takes place through natural traditional methods, such as whole bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation, no clarification and no filtration.

This biodynamic Grüner Veltliner is suitable for smoked salmon, grilled fish, chicken dishes, ham, salads, young goat cheeses and mild Asian dishes.
