Giribaldi GM Langhe Arneis Alma has a rather deep straw yellow color, almost golden, with light green reflections. This wine has aromas of white flowers and wild flowers, dandelions, peach, hints of melon and passion fruit. In the mouth it has a full, soft and harmonious taste, with notes of apple and clear melon.
This Langhe Arneis wine comes from the Prato della Porta vineyard in the municipality of Rodello, at an altitude of 430 meters above sea level. It is a hilly terroir, oriented to the southeast, a soil of medium texture tending to clayey, fertile but very loose. This organic vineyard consists exclusively of Arneis, a grape variety of Italian origin.
The vinification consists of a soft pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20 C ° for 30 days, followed by a stop on its own yeasts for about ninety days. The wine then ages in the bottle for at least two months.
