Galil Mountain White
Galil Mountain White is a blend made from Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grapes that combine to give the wine a round and fruity character alongside a delicate acidity.
The grapes were harvested at night when the temperature is lowest. The grapes are then gently pressed immediately upon arrival at the wine estate. After 24-48 hours of clarification, the grapes were stretched and fermented at temperatures between 12-17°C.
