From the vineyards of Schön and Trenning, which are among the highest in the Wachau.
Vinification takes place through natural traditional methods, such as whole bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation, no clarification and no filtration.

Neuburger goes well with boiled, fried or smoked fish, but also with dark and light meat, steak, roast beef and boiled beef. The wine generally tastes good with all dishes that are combined with sauces.

Weingut Grabenwerkstatt
Weingut Grabenwerkstatt is a small winery in the Wachau region of Austria, founded in 2014 by Michael Linke and Franz Hofbauer. They produce biodynamic wines from Grüner Veltliner and Riesling grapes grown on steeply terraced vineyards in the Spitzer Graben valley. They are known for their elegant, mineral and complex wines that express the terroir of each location.
They received high ratings from critics such as Robert Parker and Gault Millau, and were named "Ausnahmewinzer des Jahres" in 2022 by the latter.
