Ferrari Perlé is a refined vintage sparkling wine, produced in the Trentino region by the prestigious Ferrari winery. This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown at high altitudes, and is produced according to the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle). After a long maturation of at least 5 years on the yeast in the bottle, the wine develops an exceptional elegance and complexity.

In the glass, Ferrari Perlé shows a bright, golden color with a delicate, persistent mousse. The aromatic profile includes notes of citrus fruits, ripe apple, white peach and subtle floral accents, complemented by hints of almond and brioche, which arise from the long maturation. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, with a perfectly balanced acidity and a mineral undertone typical of the terroirs of Trentino.

Wine - Food pairing

Ferrari Perlé is an excellent accompaniment to refined dishes. Think of shellfish such as grilled lobster or scallops, but also of dishes with white fish such as sea bass or turbot. This wine also goes well with creamy risottos, with ingredients such as mushrooms or truffle. It also combines beautifully with mature cheeses such as comté or a soft goat cheese. Thanks to the fresh acids and the complex flavors, the Perlé is versatile and festive for different culinary experiences.
