Ferrari Maximum Brut Blanc de Blancs

Ferrari Maximum Brut Blanc de Blancs is a refined sparkling wine from Trentino, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Produced according to the classic method (méthode traditionnelle), this wine embodies the elegance and freshness typical of Ferrari's style. With its bright, light golden colour and fine, persistent mousse, this wine offers aromas of citrus fruits, white peach and hints of toasted almonds and brioche, coming from the aging on the lees.

On the palate, the wine is crisp and lively, with a balanced acidity and mineral notes typical of the mountainous terroirs of Trentino. The wine has a long, complex finish, making it an excellent aperitif, but also versatile enough to pair with different dishes.

Wine - Food pairing

The Ferrari Maximum Brut is a perfect accompaniment to light starters, such as oysters, sushi or a salmon carpaccio. It also goes well with delicate dishes such as risotto with seafood, grilled scallops or a classic ceviche. This wine also goes well with young, creamy cheeses, thanks to the fresh acids that nicely balance the fat of the cheese. For festive occasions it is also excellent as an aperitif.

Recommended serving temperature between 6°C and 8°C.

Ferrari Trento 1902

Ferrari is a renowned winery in the Italian region of Trentino-Alto Adige, known for its elegant sparkling wines. The history of Ferrari begins in 1902 with Giulio Ferrari's dream to create an Italian champagne that could compete with the best French examples.

With an obsessive focus on quality, Giulio Ferrari was one of the first to plant large quantities of Chardonnay in Italy. After his death, the Lunelli family took over and built Ferrari into one of Italy's most iconic wine brands.

All Ferrari wines carry the prestigious Trento DOC label, a guarantee of quality and origin. The grapes are grown at high altitude in the Trentino region, where the cool climate and chalky soil provide ideal conditions for the production of elegant sparkling wines.

Ferrari is more than just a wine producer; it is an ambassador of the Italian art of living. With a combination of tradition and innovation, they strive to make the best sparkling wines and distribute them worldwide.
