Fasoli Gino La Corte del Pozzo Prosecco is a beautiful sparkling wine from the renowned Fasoli Gino winery in the Bardolino region of Italy.
This prosecco is light yellow in color with greenish hues. A delicious prosecco with a fine perlage that lingers on the palate. The elegance of the white flower aromas blend harmoniously with a delicate bitter note that balances the light initial sweetness.
The grapes are separated from the stems and gently pressed. The must is transferred to steel vats where it ferments for 10-12 days at 15-17°C. The second fermentation takes place in the autoclave for about 60 days according to the Charmat method. Once fermentation is complete, the wine remains on the lees for 10 days with daily batonnage to enhance body and aromas.

Excellent as an aperitif, with appetizers and finger food, with fish snacks, olives, poultry, fish dishes, crustaceans and shellfish and charcuterie.
