Fasoli Gino is an organic pioneer from the Veneto region, with classic wines and a rich history. The Fasoli family has been owners for many generations and since 1984 they work organically. And they keep it very simple there: They only produce wines that they like to drink.

The biodynamic method used by the company aims to increase the vitality of the plants by restoring the ancient knowledge of the farmers, who worked in harmony with the rhythms of nature. Their biodynamics focus on restoring the balance lost during intensive cultivation. Quality must prevail over quantity.

They therefore constantly strive for the best and develop and implement production techniques that have as little impact as possible on the environment. The portfolio consists of classic wines from the Veneto. Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone along with Soave and Prosecco.
