Familia Conesa Viña Consolación Roble has an intense and bright ruby red color with bluish hues. In the scent notes of red and black fruit with a light nuance of cocoa and vanilla. The palate shows perfect ripeness with smooth and harmonious tannins. The finish is long and structured.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks in which the temperature remains below 12 degrees. The yeasts they selected for this Tempranillo Roble are slow acting for better extraction of aromas and color. This gives them a young wine with a lot of structure, an intense color and aromas; in short, a perfect wine for a long maturation in oak barrels. This wine stays in the barrel for 3 months, which gives it complexity and greater length.
