Familia Conesa Viña Consolación Chardonnay has a straw yellow color with bright green reflections. A very aromatic wine. Tropical fruit predominates, with perfect scents of ripe pineapple and apple. The wine starts fresh and ends creamy in the mouth with a fantastic silky smoothness.
The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about eight or ten days. Once the alcoholic fermentation has stopped, a weekly batonage is carried out for 3 months before the wine is prepared for bottling. By applying this technique, Familia Conesa obtain a wine with a perfect aromatic balance and a taste with unsurpassed volume.
