The grapes for this wine are grown on different terroirs in the Rheingau. The grapes are harvested by hand and selected for optimal ripeness. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, after which the wine matures on the lees for 6 months.
The nose of the Eva Fricke Verde Riesling unfolds aromas of citrus fruits, stone fruit, apple, pear, peach, apricot, honey, mineral nuances and a hint of petrol. The taste is fresh and fruity, with ripe fruit, lively acidity, salty minerality and a long, persistent aftertaste.
