The Espiritu de Chile Chronos Rosé is a rosé wine from Chile, made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape. The wine comes from the Central Valley, a wine region in central Chile. The wine has a beautiful, light pink color. The nose is aromatic, with notes of red fruit, such as strawberries and raspberries, supplemented with citrus and flowers. The taste is refreshing and fruity, with a good balance between acidity and alcohol. The aftertaste is elegant and long.
The grapes are harvested by hand at two different times to preserve freshness and fruity character. Fermented at 13 degrees in stainless steel tanks with a skin maceration to obtain this deep pink color.
