Espiritu de Chile Chronos Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine from the Espiritu de Chile winery from Chile. This wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from selected vineyards in the Curicó Valley.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is made from selected grapes of distinctive quality. The selection was followed by a 12-day maceration, to provide appropriate structure and length to the wine. The fermentation temperature peaked at 30 degrees on the first day, after which the temperature was kept at 25 degrees to preserve the fruit and softness. The wine was then aged for 6-8 months in oak barrels.

In the glass, the Espiritu de Chile Chronos Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep ruby red color. The bouquet is inviting with aromas of ripe berries, black cherries, cassis and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, this wine offers a full body with soft tannins. The taste is fruity and well structured, with notes of blackcurrants, plums, vanilla and a touch of oak. The wine has a good balance between fruity freshness and ripe complexity.
