Espiritu de Chile Chronos Chardonnay is light golden yellow in color. Expressive aromas of exotic fruit, pear, melon and a hint of vanilla. This wine has a pleasantly soft mouthfeel with a fresh aftertaste.
The grapes are harvested by hand at two different times to preserve freshness and fruity character. Fermented at 15 degrees in stainless steel tanks and then aged 'sur lie' for 45 days to obtain roundness and mouth structure.
