The scent Dorli Muhr Prellenkirchen is initially clearly limestone, very clear and precise. The aromas are reminiscent of white peach and roses. On the palate the wine remains tight, clear, precise, with a spicy mineral structure and chalky to the finish.

Prellenkirchen is the village at the foot of the Spitzerberg where the grapes for this white blend wine grow. It is mainly Grüner Veltliner, which comes from sticks that are more than 25 years old. About 10% of the wine comes from old Riesling vines. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented only spontaneously, i.e. with native wild yeast. The wine is then kept for 15 months in a large, old wooden barrel and is filled in December. After another 4 months in the bottle, the wine was finally released.

It is a wine that demands an intense, if possible salty, counterpart: fresh oysters, sauteed scallops, prosciutto or dishes with Alici are wonderful partners for this wine.
