Domini Veneti Torba Ripasso is a powerful and complex red wine from a single vineyard, "Torba", in the beloved Valpolicella Classico zone in Veneto, Italy. Produced by the passionate vineyard Domini Veneti, this wine is made from selected grapes, mainly Corvina, and has a unique vinification method called "Ripasso".

The wine has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose is rich and concentrated with aromas of black cherries, plums, figs, combined with hints of tobacco, spices such as cinnamon and pepper, and balsamic. On the palate, the Domini Veneti Torba Ripasso is powerful and structured with velvety tannins. The ripe fruit notes of dried grapes are reflected in the taste, accompanied by hints of vanilla, chocolate and leather. The wine has a long, persistent aftertaste with a complex and elegant finish.

Ripasso is a unique vinification. The Ripasso method is characterized by adding Amarone peels to the young Valpolicella wine. This allows for a second fermentation, resulting in a wine with more structure, concentration and complexity.

The grapes for the Domini Veneti Torba Ripasso come from one vineyard, "Torba", located on a calcareous soil with a perfect microclimate for the cultivation of Corvina grapes.

Pour the wine into a large wine glass to allow the aromas to develop optimally.
