Domaine Thillardon Cuvée Georges

Domaine Thillardon Cuvée Georges is a unique white wine made from a blend of Chardonnay, Chardonnay Rosé and Aligoté grapes by Domaine Thillardon in the southern part of Beaujolais, France. The grapes come from calcareous soils and are vinified with minimal intervention to preserve the purest expression of the grapes.

The result is a fresh, complex and gourmet wine with a vibrant minerality and excellent drinkability. The aromas in the wine are diverse and include white fruit, citrus, peach, almond, honey and mineral notes.

On the palate the wine is elegant and balanced with a nice balance between ripe fruit, fresh acidity and a salty aftertaste. The wine has a long, persistent aftertaste that invites you to taste it again.
