Domaine Roger Champault Menetou-Salon is a white wine from the Loire Valley in France. It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
The grapes grow in vineyards with a calcareous clay soil, which makes the wine soft and adds complexity. The vines are relatively young at 30 years old. This gives the wine a lively, expressive character with aromas of exotic fruit, citrus and grassy notes.
After fermentation in stainless steel barrels, wine aging follows, which makes the wine rounder and more complex. Friendly and beautifully balanced, with soft acidity and a wonderfully long aftertaste.

Domaine Roger Champault is a small domain with only 8 hectares of vineyards. The vineyards are located in the Grand Cru municipalities of Cramant, Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. These communes are known for their calcareous soils.
The Champault brothers produce pure Sauvignon wines with lots of fruit, fresh acidity and a striking minerality. The wines are perfectly balanced.
