Domaine Masse Givry Grand Terroir Rouge is a red wine produced in the Givry appellation in the Côte Chalonnaise sub-region of Burgundy, France. The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes and comes from various plots in the Givry appellation.
The grapes are harvested by hand and then destemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using native yeasts. After fermentation, the wine matures for 10-12 months in oak barrels, a percentage of which are new.
Domaine Masse Givry Grand Terroir Rouge is an elegant red wine with aromas of red fruit, cherries, raspberries, roses, violets, spices and toast. The wine is complex and concentrated with fine tannins and a long, persistent aftertaste.
