Domaine Masse Givry 1er Cru En Veau is a red wine produced in the Givry 1er Cru appellation in the Côte Chalonnaise sub-region of Burgundy, France. The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes and comes from a vineyard called "En Veau", which is known for its calcareous clay soil and sunny microclimate.
The grapes are harvested by hand and then destemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the wine matures for 10-12 months in oak barrels, a percentage of which are new.
