The vineyard "Les Crays" is located on the steep southern slopes of the Roche de Vergisson. The vines grow on a limestone surface. The vineyard has been working since 2000 with attention to nature, the soil and the vines.
The grapes are harvested manually, after which the grapes are immediately pressed. The juice ferments and matures in oak barrels for approximately 11 months.
This Pouilly-Fuissé wine has a light yellow color with golden reflections, fresh aromas of fresh citrus fruits (lemon, lime), floral aromas (acacia), and wonderful mineral notes. With age, aromas of honey and brioche may develop. An elegant and balanced Burgundy wine with a long aftertaste.
