Saint Bris is the only village in Burgundy where the Sauvignon grape grows. After a long and gentle pneumatic pressing, both fermentations take place with wild yeasts under strict temperature control. The aging is in stainless steel. The wine is moved as little as possible to preserve the terroir aspect. After a minimum of 6 months, the wines can be sold.

The color of this wine is bright pale yellow. The aromas of exotic fruits, peaches and black currants introduce a mouthful of grape juice, flowers and a spicy finish with notes of coriander. The wine has a nice balance between the fruity character and the tight structure, which ensures a refreshing and crunchy taste experience.
