Domaine de Mauperthuis Les Brûlis Pinot Noir has a beautiful ruby red color. The aromas of cherries and raspberries as well as dark fruit are underlined by a subtle minerality. Subtle and velvety, full and beautifully round.

The yields are very limited so that a concentrated Pinot Noir can be made. In addition, a high density of the vines, strict pruning and a green harvest are used.... quality comes from the work in the vineyard. After the harvest, both fermentations take place in a barrel where very little is pumped over. Only to obtain fruit flavors and not so much tannins. The wine is then left to mature for another 6 months in stainless steel.
