Domaine de Joÿ Éclat is an expressive white wine from the Gascony region of France, produced by the renowned family-run Domaine de Joÿ. This wine is a blend of Colombard and Gros Manseng, two grape varieties typical of the region that contribute to the lively and aromatic qualities of the wine.

The vineyards of Domaine de Joÿ are located on hilly terrains with calcareous clay and sandy soils, which provide the grapes with excellent drainage and minerality. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand to ensure the best quality. After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, which helps to preserve the fresh and fruity aromas.
