Mont de Milieu is located on the side of a hill protected from the north wind by forests. Here is a sun-drenched climate from morning to evening due to its south-southeast exposure and moderate, regular slopes. Facing the valley of the Serein, particularly wide in this area, the Mont de Milieu is quite imposing, open and airy. It is often described as homogeneous: on the 44 hectares, limestone clays and small white limestones come together in perfect harmony.
