Part of the wine is a field blend (Gemischter Satz), while the other part comes from other grapes from different vineyards. The fruit is harvested simultaneously and fermented spontaneously, creating a wine that can taste slightly different every year - like a kind of roulette! But never fear, quality-wise it's always a winner!
Recommended serving temperature between 10°C and 12°C.C.
