Diemersfontein Ovation Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh and fruity white wine from the Wellington region of South Africa. The wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes sourced from selected vineyards in the Wellington Valley. The grapes are picked manually and then fermented in stainless steel tanks.
The color of the wine is light yellow with green hues. The nose is intense and aromatic with aromas of citrus fruits, passion fruit, green pepper and grass.
In the mouth the wine is fresh and fruity with a lively acidity and a long aftertaste. The aftertaste is long and persistent with notes of citrus fruits, passion fruit and grass.
