Corette Viognier has a beautiful gold-yellow color and gives off odors of exotic fruit and floral tones (lavender, acacia). The taste is powerful, rich and balanced. The wine has a fatty structure, but is freshly flavored and has a nice final with a hint of honey.
Excellent wine for the aperitif. At the table, it combines well with salads, white meat, grilled fish and ripe, creamy cheeses.
Corette Viognier is a delicious white wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region France. This wine is made from Viognier grapes by Badet Clément.
Recommended wine serving temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
Corette are wines for every day, with a nice price quality ratio. The wines are made by Badet Clément, Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, a large wine house that originates from Burgundy, but has also been active in Languedoc-Roussillon and the southern Rhône for some time.
They are all wines from a single grape variety (mono cépages), eight in total, in a very accessible fruity style. These wines are not only typical of their grape varieties, but also for the region of origin.
