Clos des Lunes Lune d'Argent is a Grande Cuvée. The wine reveals the full potential of Semillon, accompanied by Sauvignon Blanc. Part of the wine (25%) has been aged in wood for 6 months, with regular battonage.
The result is a light straw yellow wine with an intense and complex nose, with notes of exotic fruits and citrus fruits. In the mouth the wine is generous and juicy without being heavy. The lemony freshness of Sauvignon Blanc contrasts beautifully with the rich character of Semillon. A delicious Bordeaux Blanc Sec that is more than worth exploring!
Plateau fruits de mer or with richer fish dishes with a butter or cream sauce.
