Château Vessière Philippe de Vessière Blanc has an aromatic character of exotic fruit. Delicate tones of flowers in combination with ripe white fruit. The taste is soft, delicate, fresh and juicy. A fruity and mineral wine, complex and with a lingering aftertaste. A wine that goes well with a salmon quiche or possibly a foie gras terrine. Also good to combine with all kinds of fish and seafood.
This wine is a blend of 70% Roussanne, 20% Grenache Blanc and 10% Viognier grapes, from clay and pebble soils. The grapes are destemmed and then placed in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures in 2 year old oak barrels.
A delicious wine with salmon quiche, foie gras terrine, fish and seafood.

Château Vessière is located in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes in the extreme south of the Rhone valley. The Château owns 65 hectares of vineyard. Located at the gates of the Camargue, the estate enjoys an exceptional terroir and climate. This beautiful property belonged to Mademoiselle Lucie de Vessière, who became Teulon's wife. The estate has since been passed down from generation to generation.
In 1975 Philippe Teulon took over the management after studying oenology at the Faculty of Sciences of Montpellier. Philippe is still on the estate every day and works closely with his son Vincent to develop fine and elegant organic wines, for which they receive numerous awards every year.
