Château Vessière Les Saisons de Vessière Rouge has a bright garnet color. In the nose it has intense aromas of cherries, black fruits and coffee. On the palate, the wine is velvety, supple, slightly mineral with good intensity and crisp tannins. The taste is well developed and inviting, while the expressive aromas go well with richly filled salads with ham or steak tips, charcuterie, duck breast, grilled meat and grilled vegetables.
This wine is a blend of 60% Syrah and 25% Grenache Noir grapes, from clay and pebble soils. The grapes ferment in cement vats using only native yeasts. After vinification, the wine matures further in cement barrels on its lees.
A delicious wine with salads with ham, grilled meat, duck breast and grilled vegetables.

Château Vessière is located in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes in the extreme south of the Rhone valley. The Château owns 65 hectares of vineyard. Located at the gates of the Camargue, the estate enjoys an exceptional terroir and climate. This beautiful property belonged to Mademoiselle Lucie de Vessière, who became Teulon's wife. The estate has since been passed down from generation to generation.
In 1975 Philippe Teulon took over the management after studying oenology at the Faculty of Sciences of Montpellier. Philippe is still on the estate every day and works closely with his son Vincent to develop fine and elegant organic wines, for which they receive numerous awards every year.
