Château Mignan Pech Quisou Blanc has a light yellow color with golden sparkles. It is aromatic and has a rich fruity nose with an exotic character complemented by fresh acidity of lemon and grapefruit.
The wine is complex, powerful and filled with notes of white flowers, hawthorn and hints of honey expressed with grandeur. The clean and frank attack on the palate has notes of almond and peach and confirms that this cuvée is quite exceptional.
Delicious white French wine suitable with ray wing a la meuniere, lobster, various cheeses and Asian and Eastern Mediterranean dishes.

Château Mignan is located in a small and typical southern French village called Siran, in the heart of Languedoc. These exceptional Languedoc wines reflect the terroir made up of calcareous clay and give the wine an incomparable quality. La Livinière is considered the best sub-region in Minervois.
Christian & Carole Mignan and their three children have been passionately managing this castle in the Languedoc for years. Château Mignan consists of 12 hectares of vineyard with 7 hectares in Minervois La Livinière and 5 hectares in Minervois. The wines produced here are a reflection of the terroir of the vines. Only great grape varieties are used: Syrah, Grenache and Carignan for the red wines and for the white wines Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Rolle are used.
