Château Mignan les Trois Clochers has a deep color that immediately stands out with purple glints. The nose reveals aromas of black fruits combined with spicy notes of cloves, cumin and generous aromas of wood. This cuvée evokes emotion and is reassuring on the palate thanks to its balance and its patinated and supple tannins.
The grapes are picked mechanically, after which the grapes are placed on the sorting table and are completely de-stemmed. The fermentation takes place in cement vats according to classical vinification. The aging takes place in wooden barrels of 1 and 2 years old.
