Champagne Fleury Coteaux Champenois Rouge is shimmering red in color with ruby reflections. The bouquet opens with a large number of red fruits. The taste is dense, full of fruit, lively and generous.
The definition of a pleasure Champagne!
Delicious as an aperitif or with charcuterie, fresh cheeses or candied tomato pie.
Champagne Fleury Coteaux Champenois Rouge is a delicious French Champagne from Fleury from Champagne France. This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes.
Recommended serving temperature between 6°C and 8°C.
The Fleury family has been making champagne in Courteron since 1895, in the heart of the very southern Côte des Bar (Aube) where they own 15 hectares of vineyards, mostly planted with Pinot Noir, as usual, but they also have some plots with Chardonnay and even some Pinot Blanc.
Jean-Pierre Fleury was the first farmer in Champagne to start working fully biodynamically in 1989 and son Jean-Sébastien continues this now. The house makes very energetic and vinous Champagnes, often in a very dry style, from blistering fruity to very rich and complex.
All in all, a dream of a champagne house with impeccable quality for the lover of Grand Champagne.
