Canapi Pinot Grigio

Canapi Pinot Grigio is made from the Pinot Grigio grape variety, also known as Pinot Gris. After the stems have been removed from the grapes, the grapes are gently pressed. The alcoholic fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at around 18 degrees for 3 weeks. After this, no malolactic fermentation takes place to preserve the fresh acidity, then the wine is ready for the bottle.
Canapi wines carry the Vegan label. No animal ingredients are used during the process of clarification (making wine clear) and stabilization. Canapi only uses vegetable proteins from beans and peas.
