Brigaldara Valpolicella Superiore Case Vecie is derived from the vinification of fresh grapes, mainly Corvina and Corvinone. It takes its name from the vineyard of the same name in Grezzana - Valpantena, where the ripening of the grapes is subject to significant temperature fluctuations between day and night. A climatic characteristic that gives the wine a special spiciness on the nose and a completely unique polyphenolic profile.
On the palate, the beautiful acidity has been achieved thanks to a rigorous selection of the grapes and the winemaking techniques used to extract only the noblest components from the skins.
A wine that manages to combine body, structure and excellent drinkability, revealing its sensory complexity through the slow maturation of the grapes.
