In the nose aromas of ripe fruit such as peach, apricot and guava, white flowers and spices such as ginger and white pepper, which are combined with a hint of butter. In the mouth the wine is powerful, broad, slightly sweet and yet fresh. An elegant wine that is both traditional and modern.
Bodegas Pinoso Terros Blanco is the result of an assembly of old Airén vines, a Spanish indigenous grape variety, grown traditionally in Pinoso's best non-irrigated vineyards, and Sauvignon Blanc, whose yields have been controlled (less than 0.50 kg per vine) to maximum concentration and aromatic complexity.
