Los Perejiles is a red wine from Ribera del Duero, Spain. The wine is made by Bodegas Marta Maté, a

family business founded in 1999 by Marta Maté. Los Perejiles is a single vineyard wine, meaning it comes from a single vineyard. The vineyard, named "Los Perejiles", is located in the village of Tubilla del Lago, at an altitude of 915 meters above sea level.

The vineyard is planted with Tempranillo grapes, supplemented with a small amount of Albillo Mayor grapes. The grapes are picked manually and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for 18 months in new French oak barrels.

Los Perejiles is a wine with a deep ruby red color. The nose is filled with aromas of red fruit, such as raspberries, strawberries and cherries. There are also hints of spices, such as cinnamon and cloves. The taste is full and powerful, with a good balance between tannins and acid. The aftertaste is long and refreshing.
