Bodega Bravo Escós La Font del Mosquit
Bodega Bravo Escós La Font del Mosquit is a white wine made from a blend of Macabeo and Grenache Blanc grapes, from various vineyards in the area of the village of Torroja del Priorat in Spain. The name "La Font del Mosquit" refers to an ancient source near the vineyards.
The grapes for La Font del Mosquit are picked by hand at the optimal moment of ripeness. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with temperature control to preserve the freshness and aromas of the wine. The wine is then aged for a short period on the lees to obtain additional complexity.
Bodega Bravo Escós La Font del Mosquit has a straw yellow color with green hues. The nose shows aromas of citrus fruit, white fruit, peach, apple, acacia flowers, honey and minerals. The taste is fresh, elegant and well balanced with fresh acidity, white fruit, citrus, minerals and a long, pleasant aftertaste.

The philosophy of Bodega Bravo Escós is based on three pillars:
Respect for the terroir: The vineyards are worked naturally with minimal intervention to preserve the unique characteristics of the Priorat soil.
Quality over quantity: We work with low yields to produce grapes of the highest quality.
Innovation and tradition: Modern techniques are combined with traditional winemaking methods to create wines that are both complex and elegant.
The vineyards of Bodega Bravo Escós cover a total of 12 hectares and are planted with local grape varieties such as Garnacha, Cariñena and Syrah. The vines are on steep slopes with slate soils, which provide mineral richness and an intense flavor to the wines.
