An intense and complex bouquet with fruity notes reminiscent of Golden Delicious apples and peach that combine well with sweeter scents of tropical fruit, honey and vanilla. It contains a fresh taste with a long finish.
The Chardonnay grapes undergo a traditional white vinification characterized by the use of selected yeasts and careful monitoring of fermentation temperatures.
Asparagus, fish, shellfish and the Asian cuisine.

Antonio Bennati was born in 1870 in Cazzano di Tramigna, just a few kilometers from Soave. "Toni Recioto", as he was called in honor of the raisin wine of that name, started at a young age producing and selling wine in the famous bottles in wicker baskets. He was followed by his son Annibale, who founded the winery Cantine Bennati in 1920.
Casa Vinicola Bennati has been a great winery for over 140 years and they tell the story of the wines of Valtramigna.
