Bell Cros La Figaflor
La Figaflor is made from 100% Garnacha Blanca, a grape known for its fresh and fruity character. The grapes for this wine come from vineyards in Montsant, located at altitudes between 120 and 300 meters above sea level. The calcareous slate soils in this area give the wine a mineral character.
The grapes are harvested manually and then destemmed and crushed. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature to preserve the fresh aromas. The wine then matures on the lees in the tanks for 4 months, which provides extra complexity and structure.
La Figaflor has a light yellow color with a green tint. The nose is fresh and aromatic with notes of citrus fruit, grapefruit, white flowers and peach. In the mouth the wine is fruity and juicy with a lively and mineral aftertaste.
