Bell Cros El Cami
Bell Cros El Cami is a powerful red wine from Montsant. It is a blend of Carinena and Garnacha Negra. The grapes for this wine come from vineyards in Montsant, located at altitudes between 225 and 290 meters above sea level. The calcareous slate soils in this area give the wine a mineral character.
The grapes are harvested manually and then destemmed and crushed. The fermentation takes place in concrete tanks with a long maceration time of 21 days. The wine then matures for 12 months in 225 liter French oak barrels, 20% of which are new.
El Cami has an intense ruby red color. The nose is complex and aromatic with notes of ripe red fruit, blackcurrants, herbs, spices and vanilla. In the mouth the wine is powerful and full-bodied with soft tannins, a lively taste and a long aftertaste.

El Cami is a perfect wine to serve with grilled meats, stews, game and hard cheeses. The wine is also delicious with Mediterranean dishes.
