Aurosia Pinot Grigio

Aurosia Pinot Grigio is clear, light straw yellow in color with a hint of green. In the nose aromas of lime zest, pear and melon. In the taste palette notes of ripe apple and a hint of tropical fruit, which accompanied by an aftertaste with fresh acidity.

The grapes are harvested at the end of August. In the vinification cellar, they immediately receive a cold (10°C) skin maceration for 12 hours for more aroma extraction. The grapes are then pneumatically pressed and the juice is subjected to temperature-controlled (15°C) alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 14 days. The wine is then transferred to clean stainless steel tanks for maturation, without the malolactic fermentation taking place. After about 4 months, the wine is assembled, lightly filtered and bottled under completely sterile conditions.
