Assobio Branco is a refreshing white wine from the Douro Valley, produced by the renowned winery Quinta dos Murças. This winery is known for its commitment to sustainable viticulture and terroir expression. Assobio, which means "flute", refers to the sounds of the wind blowing through the steep slopes and terraces of the Douro, where the vineyards of Quinta dos Murças are located.

This wine is a blend of native Portuguese grape varieties, including Viosinho, Rabigato and Gouveio. These grapes are harvested by hand from vineyards located at significant altitudes, which contributes to the freshness and vibrancy of the wine. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the natural aromas and flavors.

Assobio Branco has a bright, straw yellow color with green hues.
